As a high quality annual publication, incorporating engaging articles and investment guides, the magazine will be the ultimate resource for those looking to purchase property in the Caribbean and a magazine to keep for making investment decisions.

The Caribbean Property Investor Magazine will have a circulation of 142,700 and readership of approximately 285,000.

Distribution is broken down as follows:

22,500 print copies of The Caribbean Property Investor Magazine will be distributed by mail to property investors, AB1 company directors and decision makers, as well as travel and property industry professionals in the most affluent areas of the UK.

5,700 print copies of The Caribbean Property Investor Magazine will be distributed through highly targeted placement of the magazine at premier destinations frequented by high net worth individuals in the UK and Europe. Destinations in the UK include: First class airport lounges, 5 star hotels, private jet centres, private members' clubs, luxury spas, exclusive private medical clinics and executive limousine companies, as well as world class events such as Wimbledon and the Southampton Boat Show.

An additional 1,500 print copies of the magazine will be distributed at destinations in Europe including top hotels known to be favourites of Europe's super rich during world class events, including the Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival and Palma International Boat Show, as well as direct to super yachts in Nice and Mallorca.

Finally, 113,000 digital copies of The Caribbean Property Investor Magazine will be distributed by e-mail to property investors, AB1 company directors and decision makers, as well as travel and property industry professionals.
